Please review the attached DLWU Curriculum Registration Form carefully, as it contains essential information regarding degree programs, tuition costs, and the application process.

To complete your registration:

1. Download the form from this page.
2. Print and fill out the form completely.
3. Be sure to include:
   
   • The signed registration form
   • Three (3) letters of reference
   • Registration fee of $100 (non-refundable)
   • Copies of transcripts, resume/CV, recent photo, and any applicable documents
